Horrible Person, Josh Duggar, Files Another Lawsuit Against the Release of Molestation Investigation

Well file this under we hop you got what’s coming to you, Josh Duggar has filed another lawsuit against Arkansas officials saying that they illegally released documents regarding the investigation into the alleged sexual molestation of four of his sisters and a babysitter when he was younger. This is the second lawsuit that Josh Duggar has filed over the same issue. That lawsuit was thrown out and it appears that this time he is alleging that Arkansas officials went against policy by releasing the documents about the molestation.

Duggar is claiming that the documents that were released caused him extreme emotional distress. The lawsuit states that, “The facts included in said investigation records were not a matter of public records, and, in fact, were protected from disclosure by Arkansas state law.”

The lawsuit states that the city and county officials in Springdale and Washington County illegally released documents regarding an investigation in an allegation of sexual abuse in 2006. The investigation was performed by the Springdale Police Department, acting in cooperation with the Arkansas State Police.

The investigation originally started because the police received an anonymous tip that Josh had fondled 5 underage girls in 2002 and 2003. Four of those five girls were his sisters and even though he admitted that he did indeed sexually abuse those 5 girls, he never received any punishment. The documents were released in 2015 and cost him his spot on the popular TLC show “19 and Counting”. Once the documents were made public, the sisters confirmed that he did touch them inappropriately. This then led to the cancellation of the show. Duggar is claiming that the documents caused him to lose his job and substantial income.

This is another bid to try and salvage an unsalvageable reputation. He was also caught cheating on his wife by using Ashley Madison and then had to go to rehab for sex addiction. In Touch Weekly reported that sources close to the family are saying that rehab has not changed Josh Duggar one bit. The source alleges that Josh has always had a wandering eye and rehab has not changed that.

We really hope that this lawsuit gets throw out too.

Duggar sisters sue the city of SpringdaleThere has been a new update in the molestation scandal that caused the demise of TLC’s hot show 19 Kids and Counting and the implosion of the Duggar family. Jill, Jessa, Jinger, and Joy-Anne Duggar have jointly filed a lawsuit against the city of Springdale, Arkansas over the release of police records that were related to the molestation charge against their brother, Josh Duggar. The sisters are suing the police, the city, the county and In Touch magazine. In Touch was the first to blow the story wide open in 2015.

In 2015, the publication In Touch filed a Freedom of Information Act Request for the police files from a 2006 investigation into molestation allegations made against Josh Duggar. In Touch proceeded to write numerous articles about the family and the molestation allegations. The Duggar sister’s lawsuit is arguing that under Arkansas law, In Touch should have never been provided details regarding information that pertains to sexual misconduct involving children. All four sisters were minors at the time of the molestation. The sisters claim that the reason why they are suing is to protect all children who have been victims of abuse. They believe that the release of the information about the molestation further victimized them which they say was a thousand times worse.

The Duggar sisters released a statement to accompany the lawsuit that reiterated the fact they felt re-victimized by the release of the police report. The statement said, “This case is solely about protecting children who are victims of abuse. Revealing juvenile identities under these circumstances is unacceptable, and it’s against the law. The media and custodians of public records who let these children down must be held accountable. This case has vast implications for all our children. We hope that by bringing this case to the public’s attention, all children will be protected from reckless reporting.”

The police documents that were released based on the FOIA request had the names of victims and other personal information redacted. However, there was enough information in the report  so it was easy for people to figure out that the Josh Duggar’s victims were his sisters.

The city has since responded to the lawsuit and they released a statement and it said, “The claims and allegations in this lawsuit are without merit and are false, and we are confident that the Federal Court will take the time to carefully hear the facts and arguments in this matter.”

Currently, the sister’s are featured on TLC’s Counting On which does not have strong ratings that the show 19 Kids and Counting did in its heyday. There is no word yet on whether the lawsuit will be featured on the show. Although, TLC promised to keep Josh Duggar off the show, it seems like they are slowly letting him back into the spotlight.

Josh Duggar being sued The pariah of the Duggar family, Josh Duggar, is back in the news again and once again it’s not for anything good. In Touch Weekly is reporting that Josh Duggar is being sued by lawyers for the LA-based DJ and photographer who claims Josh stole his image to use on the popular cheating website, Ashley Madison. Duggar stole photos from a man named Matt McCarthy and used them to pick up on women on Ashley Madison. It was discovered during the infamous Ashley Madison hack in August of 2015 that Josh Duggar had a very active account with the website and had paid $249 for the “guaranteed affair” package. He created a fake account and used McCarthy’s photo’s in order to try and  meet women willing to have an affair with him.

McCarthy In his lawsuit claims that Josh’s use of his photo caused him loss of work, harassment from the public, and prolonged pain and embarrassment. He also claims that when the scandal became public people began referring to him as “DJ Duggar” and “Duggar’s boy toy.” But the lawsuit doesn’t stop there, it goes on to state that he has suffered from “prolonged pain and suffering, anxiety, depression, embarrassment, humiliation, loss of self-esteem and extreme and severe mental anguish and emotional distress including but no limed to: frequent panic attacks, disruption of sleep and insomnia, mood changes, fits of anger, a loss of interest in pursuing both professional and personal endeavors, and a complete loss of self-confidence.”

At first, McCarthy wasn’t too upset about the fact that his photos had been stolen until the full story about Josh’s indiscretions came to light. Not only was Josh caught in the Ashley Madison hack but he also molested his younger sisters and an another unknown girl. Once McCarthy realized that such a scumbag was using his pictures, he couldn’t handle being associated with such a terrible individual. He told Gawker in 2015, “Now that I’ve found out that this guy’s a child molester, and he’s been unfaithful and all those other things-it’s awful! Especially since he’s supposed to be this stand-up religious guy. I mean, I’m not all that religious, but I do-I am very close with my family. And am basically the exact opposite of him and now, this maniac is using my pictures online to try to get laid.”

This news comes at the same time that Josh and his wife Anna announced that they are expecting their fifth child. Why they decided to bring another child into that mess of a relationship is mind boggling. They just posted an announcement on their blog a few weeks ago that said, “For nearly the last two years, we have quietly worked to save our marriage, focus on our children, and rebuild our lives together as a family. Doing so is never easy after a breach of trust. We’ve learned that a life of faith and rebuilding a life together is simply done one day at a time,” the couple wrote in their joint statement. “As we continue our journey as a family and rebuild our lives, we are delighted to share with you that we are expecting a new baby boy later this year. Beauty comes from ashes and we cannot wait to see and kiss the face of this sweet new boy!”

We really hope that McCarthy gets some kind of compensation for Josh using his photos. It is still mystifying that Anna stayed with this guy. We doubt that this will be that last time that Josh Duggar is in the news for being a degenerate.

The couple was seen together at sister Jinger’s wedding this last weekend and they appeared to be intimate. They were also seen at the wedding with TLC filming but TLC promised to keep him off camera so he will not be shown on the show.

The Anna was seen enjoying dinner with her husband, her sister Priscilla Waller and her brother-in-law David in an photo posted to Instagram. The caption read, “Thank you, Josh & Anna, for a wonderful weekend together topped off with a fun #doubledate this evening! You’ll are doing great! #sistertime #familytime,” wrote David in the Instagram caption. Anna is seen smiling in the photo as she links arms with her husband. The dinner date was the day after Jinger’s wedding to her soccer playing fiancé Jeremy Vuolo. The couple was married in front of 1,000 guests at the Cathedral of the Ozarks in Siloam Springs, Arkansas.

At the wedding it appeared that Josh and Anna were doing really well. The celebrated their eight year anniversary last month. It is now over a year since the news broke that Josh molested five minors as a teenager, including four of his sisters and he was caught cheating on his wife using the website Ashley Madison. He was never tried or charged for those offenses, and law enforcement was never notified in any official capacity by his parents. Josh was then sent to rehab for this porn and sex addiction.

In Touch Magazine reported that the couple was headed for a divorce but pictures from the wedding paint a different picture all together. A family insides told the magazine that she was going to be visiting an attorney sign to get papers drawn up but knowing the Duggars it is highly unlikely. Being married to one of them is a prison sentence because they do not believe in divorce regardless of how much of a scumbag your husband is.

The Duggar Family Attempts to Bring Josh Back into the Spotlight

I guess I should admire their persistence but Josh is just so disgusting that it is hard to swallow him even in the smallest doses. After falling from grace, Josh has not been seen or associated with any of the family on the show or on the social media accounts. However, the official Duggar family social media released a photo of both Josh and his wife Anna congratulating them on their anniversary. The Duggar’s are hoping that the public will conveniently forgot that Josh is an adulterous pedo.

For those of you who might have forgotten, Josh not only had an affair but he also molested his younger sisters. It came to light that Josh, despite working for Family Research Council, had molested five young girls four of which were his own sisters. Duggar and Co. worked hard to make sure that this info was never leaked but non family member that he molested spoke up about the abuse. The Ashley Madison hack showed that Josh had a paid account which he confirmed and then apologized for but this revelation caused TLC to drop 1000 Kids and Counting, or however many kids it is, but they tried to keep the Duggar family alive by creating a show called Counting On that featured some of the sisters.

The show (a total snoozefest, I tried watching a few episodes but it’s unbelievably boring) has focused on distancing themselves from the scandal. The first few episodes sort of addressed the issues that Josh caused the family but after that it was all about these girls getting married after a 4 day courtship and getting pregnant ASAP.

However, the Duggars are slowly but surely trying to bring Josh back into the spotlight. This picture is just the start. Even though he went on an apology tour and went to rehab, the hypocrisy was just to hard to forget. It has been stated that he will never appear on the family show ever again but we have a feeling we have not seen the last of Josh Duggar.
