The decision for her to file a restraining order is believed to be based on the rumor that Messer feels threatened or harassed by Calvert and believes it necessary to establish boundaries for her own safety and well-being. It was revealed on the Instagram account, “Teenmomfanz” that Calvert came to Messer’s place of work to confront Messer.

Keke Palmer Granted Restraining Order Against Her EX, Darius Jackson

in Celebrities/Legal by

Keke Palmer recently filed a restraining order against her ex-boyfriend, Darius Jackson. After years of emotional and physical abuse, the actress and singer finally decided to take a stand and protect herself.

According to court documents, Palmer claims that Jackson has been harassing and stalking her since they broke up in January 2020. She also alleges that he has threatened her life and the lives of her family members. Palmer says that Jackson has sent her threatening texts, called her repeatedly, and shown up at her house unannounced.

In her request for a restraining order, Palmer states that she is in fear for her safety and the safety of those around her. She also alleges that Jackson has been using her social media accounts to spread false rumors and slander her name.

The restraining order requires Jackson to stay at least 100 yards away from Palmer and her family. It also prevents him from contacting her, directly or indirectly, and forbids him from posting anything about her on social media.

This is not the first time that Palmer has had to deal with abusive relationships. In 2018, she filed a restraining order against her former assistant, Ryan Burton, who she accused of physical and verbal abuse.

Palmer’s story is yet another example of why it’s so important to take a stand against domestic violence. Palmer is an advocate for survivors of abuse and has been vocal about her own experiences. She urges anyone who is in an abusive relationship to reach out for help and to take the necessary steps to protect themselves.

We hope that this restraining order will give Palmer the peace of mind she deserves and help her move on from this traumatic experience. No one should have to live in fear or suffer in silence.

Keke Palmer has recently filed a restraining order against her former friend Darius Jackson. This follows a tumultuous and short-lived friendship between the two.

Palmer and Jackson met in late 2020 and quickly developed a close friendship. However, by early 2021, things had taken a sour turn and the two had a falling out. Since then, Palmer has been vocal about her concerns for her safety and has accused Jackson of cyberbullying, harassment, and stalking.

Now, Palmer has taken legal action and filed a restraining order against Jackson in an effort to protect herself and her family. According to reports, the order requires Jackson to stay at least 100 yards away from Palmer and her family at all times.

The court documents filed by Palmer include a detailed list of the alleged harassment, cyberbullying, and stalking that she claims to have been subjected to by Jackson. She claims that he has sent her threatening messages, made numerous attempts to contact her, and has even tracked her movements.

The documents also state that Jackson has posted numerous images of Palmer on social media and has made derogatory comments about her. Palmer has also claimed that Jackson has made attempts to contact her family and friends in an attempt to gain access to her.

The court is expected to hear Palmer’s case and decide whether or not to grant the restraining order. If the order is granted, it will serve to protect Palmer and her family from any further harassment and cyberbullying by Jackson.

Palmer has been vocal about her experience with Jackson and has been advocating for others who have been subjected to bullying and harassment. She is encouraging victims of cyberbullying and harassment to speak up and take action, even if it means filing a restraining order.

This is an important reminder that no one should have to suffer in silence. It is vital that victims of cyberbullying and harassment have the resources and the support to take action. With the increasing prevalence of cyberbullying, it is essential that victims know that they can and should take steps to protect themselves. Keke Palmer’s case is a reminder that no one should have to suffer in silence, and that there are steps that can be taken to protect oneself from further harassment and cyberbullying.

Keke Palmer recently took legal action against her former personal assistant, Darius Jackson, filing a restraining order in Los Angeles County Court on Tuesday, January 5, 2021. This restraining order follows numerous allegations against Jackson, including sexual harassment, cyberstalking, and ongoing threats and verbal abuse.

Palmer, a multi-talented actress, singer, and TV host, first hired Jackson in 2017. She claims that in September 2020, Jackson began to display harassing and threatening behavior. According to court documents, Jackson threatened to release private videos and photos of Palmer to the public. He also allegedly sent her hundreds of unwanted text messages and emails.

The situation escalated on January 1, 2021, when Jackson allegedly showed up unannounced at Palmer’s home. When Palmer asked him to leave, he refused and then harassed her via text messages and calls. In addition to the restraining order, Palmer has also filed a civil harassment restraining order against Jackson.

The restraining order requires Jackson to stay at least 100 yards away from Palmer, her home, her workplace, and any other places she may frequent. He is also prohibited from contacting her in any way including through social media, email, or text. The court order also requires him to delete all photos and videos of Palmer on any device he owns.

The restraining order is set to last until a hearing on February 12, 2021. At the hearing, a judge will determine whether the order should be extended. If granted, Jackson will be legally required to stay away from Palmer until the order expires. She was also granted sole custody of her eight month old son. According to CNN, “Palmer requested full physical and legal custody of Leodis from the court, citing allegations of physical abuse including ‘many instances of physical violence, including striking and grabbing me around the neck.’”

Palmer’s restraining order is a reminder to survivors of harassment and abuse that you have the right to take legal action. It is important to remember that this type of behavior is unacceptable. If you are experiencing any type of harassment or abuse, it is important to reach out to the proper authorities and take legal action if necessary.

Track Palin Arrested Again for the Third Time in Three Years on Domestic Violence Charges

in Scandals by

Track Palin, to the surprise of no one, has been arrested again on charges of domestic violence. This is the third time in three years that he has been arrested for the exact same charges. Track Palin, the oldest son of ex-VP hopeful Sarah Palin, was arrested last Friday around 11:30pm. Track Palin has a history of violent outbursts so this latest came as no surprise.

Alaska State Troopers responded to a home in Wasilla last Friday after there was a report of a disturbance at the residence. When the investigators showed up at the house, they discovered that Track Palin had assaulted an unnamed female acquaintance. When she tried to call the police, it was reported that Track took the phone away so she was unable to call. When he was placed under arrest, he resisted arrest. According to the report, he was charged with fourth-degree assault, interfering with the report of a domestic violence crime, resisting arrest by force and disorderly conduct.

It was reported earlier that the incident involved the mother of his child, Jordan Loewe. He allegedly hit Loewe on her neck and head. Court records show that on Monday, she filed for a a request for a short-term protective order against Track. She was granted the protective order on Tuesday. She also filed a petition for a long-term protective order, which would last longer than 30 days and a hearing for the long-term order was scheduled for later this month.

It has been less than a year since his last arrest for domestic violence. Last December, he was arrested for attacking his father. His mother Sarah called the police and told them that she believed her son had taken some kind of medication and was freaking out. When police arrived during this incident, they found Track walking erratically around and his father was bleeding from his head. Last June, he accepted a plea deal. He plead guilty to one charge of criminal trespassing in exchange for the charges of criminal mischief and assault to be dropped. He also agreed to enroll in a therapy program which required him to undergo drug and alcohol testing.

His first arrest was in January of 2016. The police came to his parent’s Wasilla home and found him “uncooperative, belligerent and evasive,” and his girlfriend was hiding and crying underneath a bed.

He was released yesterday and must were an electronic monitoring bracelet for the time being. This is also not the first time that Loewe has filed a protection order against Track. She received one in 2016 when Track allegedly attacked her while drunk. Loewe isn’t the only ex that has filed a restraining order against Track. His ex-wife was granted a temporary restraining order in December of 2017.

Sarah Palin’s Son Arrested Again for Domestic Violence

in Scandals by

track-palin-arrested Track Palin is at it again. He was arrested over the weekend for charges of domestic violence, this would be his second arrest in two years for those keeping count at home.

Details are still a little sparse but he was reportedly arrested on Saturday in Wasilla, Alaska. He was arraigned on 3 separate charges of felony burglary, misdemeanor reckless assault, and misdemeanor criminal mischief. The criminal mischief charge was for causing about $500 in property damage.

The oldest son of former Alaska Governor is no stranger to the law. This is his second arrest and both times involved incidents of domestic violence.

The family attorney, John Tiemessen, said that Sarah and Todd Palin did not want to make a comment on the arrest but he did say that, “They ask that the family’s privacy is respected during this challenging situation just as others dealing with a struggling family member would also request.” Tiemessen said in a statement.

As reported in 2016, Track Palin was arrested for drunkenly assaulting a woman while carrying a firearm. He was charged with three misdemeanors: assault, interfering with reporting of a domestic violence crime, and a weapons charge. A 911 call was placed to police the night of the incident by both himself and his girlfriend after an argument that they had after a night out that turned violent. The girlfriend said that Track has punched her in the face and kicked her in the knee. He plead guilty to being intoxicated while possessing a firearm.

This appears to be a pattern with this individual. Details are still forth coming about this latest incident. In the past, his mother Sarah Palin alluded to the fact that Track suffers from PTSD. At the time of his first arrest she blamed the year-long military deployment in Iraq, “My son, like so many others, they come back a bit different, they come back hardened, they come back wondering if there is that respect for what it is that their fellow soldiers and airmen every other member of the military so sacrificially have given to this country.”

Chris Brown’s ex-GF, Karrueche Tran is Getting Her Day in Court

in Divorce by

Poor Karrueche Tran, she has been trying to keep Chris Brown away from her but it has finally gotten to the point where she is desperate. For the last month she has been trying to serve him with a temporary restraining order but he has been able to avoid it three times in a row. Finally a judge granted an emergency order requiring Brown to stay away from her. Now she will get her day in court to try and make it permanent.

Last month, Tran was desperate to get a restraining order filed against Brown. Tran claims in a sworn statement to the judge, earlier this month Chris “told a few people that he was going to kill me.” She then says Chris told the friends if he can’t have her then no one else can, threatening he was going to “take me out” and “threatened to shoot me.” The document also goes on to say that a few years ago, Brown punched her twice in the stomach and pushed her down from stairs. This incident was a little while after the violent incident with Rhianna. It appears that Brown just keep on beating women and has never learned his lesson. Based on this statement, the judge issued a domestic violence restraining order that required Chris to stay 100 yards away from Karrueche, her mom and her brother.

Not only does Tran have a restraining order against him, but soon after her best friend also had to file a restraining order against Brown. Joseph Ryan La Cour says that Brown has been harassing and threatening him because he has beens standing up for Tran against Brown and his violent behavior. He listed a specific incident at P. Diddy’s Super Bowl party where Brown threaten to beat up La Cour. The judge order Brown to stay at least a football field length away from La Cour.

This Thursday, Tran will finally be able to face Brown in court and plead her case for a permanent restraining order. Brown has claimed that Tran is lying about the situation and Tran wants to set the record straight in front of a judge.

Hopefully, Tran gets her wish. This man has a history of violence and harassment against women. Apparently, he still is a human trash bag so we are rooting for you Tran!
