Kanye is Definitely Losing it

kanye-west-mental-evaluationWell it turns out after Kanye’s rant about Beyonce and Jay-Z “hurting him”, he was taken to UCLA Medical Center for psychiatric evaluation. TMZ’s law enforcement sources reported that cops responded to a call for a welfare check on Kanye around 1:20 PM PT. He was at his trainer Harley Pasternak’s home at the time and was “acting erratically.” It was reported that he was cuffed to a gurney while being transported to the hospital but that is just standard procedure. It was reported that Kanye went to his trainers house to get checked out by his doctor for “sleep deprivation”.

Kim Kardashian was on her way to an event in New York for the Angel Ball, which was to honor her late Robert Kardashian. She immediately turned around and flew back to LA to be with her husband.

It later turned out that Kanye’s personal physician, Dr. Faram, is the one who called 911, warning the dispatcher Kanye was not violent but would become violent when police arrived to help him. TMZ According to the police report the doctor told cops he had placed Kanye on a 5150 psychiatric hold and wanted him taken to the UCLA Medical Center. The report goes on to say Dr. Farzam told police Kanye had attempted to assault a staff member at the gym.

Radar Online went into a little more depth about the situation. Sources reported that “He was crazy and delusional, he is having hallucinations, and is paranoid.” The father of two hadn’t slept in days, was “screaming” that people were trying to kill him. His behavior in the recent weeks has been very erratic and it appears that he needed this evaluation.

Kayne might be an egotistical maniac, but we are really hoping that he gets the help that he needs. We will keep you updated about his progress!

It was revealed that the couple has rekindled their relationship during the filming of The Veronica’s new video for On Your Side, which Rose co-wrote, directed and produced, that told the story of Jess and the 30-year-old falling in love. After news of their relationship broke, Jess told Nova FM’s Kent ‘Smallzy’ Small how the video tells the story of their love. She told him, “It’s me. Me and Ruby Rose. And it is our love story in this video.” Jess went on to say that, “We’ve been friends for eight years. We just reconnected over doing this video. We sort of just fell in love. It’s pretty cute, honestly.”

Jess also shared a sweet story recently about how Ruby flew her sick mom first class to New Zealand to surprise her as she filmed The Veronicas’ latest music video. She told the Matt and Meshel show that Ruby surprised her and twin sister Lisa by paying for their mom to fly out and visit the sisters. Jess told the radio show hosts that, “Our mum’s been sick and she’s always been an amazing support system in our life and our family’s life.” Jess went on to say that Ruby has a beautiful heart. Ruby also had her new co-star in the movie xXx Return of Xander Cage, Vin Diesel, made her mum this beautiful motivational video. She said, “She just called in a favour from Vin. My mum’s a huge Fast and Furious fan, so she had Vin make her a video.”

Looks like this couple is smitten with each other, and we hope to see more of them in the future!

 

 

Is Kanye West Losing it?

kanye-west-pablo-tour-2016Following closely on the heels of the Paris robbery, things for the Kardashian/West’s aren’t improving. It appears that Kanye is starting to lose it a little bit. Kanye has always been out there and super outspoken but this latest actions seem to indicate that there is more going on his life.

In his latest concert in Sacramento, CA Kanye attacked his former friend Jay-Z and his wife Beyonce. Kanye was upset because Beyonce said she would only perform at the 2016 VMAs if she won the night’s top honor, Video of the Year for “Formation.” She competed and won against Kanye and Drake.Which is super ironic seeing that he made a huge scene not to long ago about Beyonce not winning in 2009 for Best Female Video. Beyonce lost to Taylor Swift and Kayne took it upon himself to interrupt Swift’s speech with his anger over Beyonce not winning the award.

Shortly after this incident, Kanye has now called off his Saint Pablo Tour which was set to run through Dec. 31, but all remaining shows are cancelled and ticketholders will get full refunds. TMZ reported the news this morning and fans are upset. Sources tell TMZ that, “He’s just exhausted. He’s been working around the clock on fashion design, both his own line and the Adidas line.”

The source also said the rigors of being on the road every night really wore him out, and it sounds like Kim Kardashian’s Paris robbery was also stressing him out. The source said, “All the time spent away from his family has been a stress on him as well. They are most important to him.”

Although we were looking forward to the tour, it’s entirely understandable that he wants to spend time with his family. But it appears that he might be letting the stress get to him. We are eagerly awaiting a response from Beyonce and Jay-Z.

Nick Gordon to pay $36 Million to the Estate of Bobbi Kristina Brown

Nick Gordon was found liable in the amount of $36,256,918 in the wrongful death lawsuit filed against him by Bobbi Kristina’s estate this past September.  That ruling came after he failed to appear for a mandatory court appearance in Atlanta, despite the fact that he had no legal counsel and chose to represent himself in the civil case. Like they always say, a man who represents himself has a fool for a client.

A day after the verdict was read, lawyers for the Brown family are made it clear that they intend to do everything in their power to get the full judgment out of Gordon. Craig Terrett, the attorney for Bobby Brown, tells DailyMail.com that, “We intend to enforce the judgment against Gordon. Our first step will be to retain a collections attorney to pursue all available avenues.” He added that, “We understand that collecting the full judgment will be difficult but we want to make sure he never profits from her death. When he finally climbs out from under the rock that he is hiding under, we will be there to greet him.”

Nick Gordon has not been seen nor has be bothered to show up to any of the hearings regarding the civil case. He actually hasn’t been seen out in public since September. Getting the money is going to hard because Gordon is currently employed and pretty much has been since he and Bobbi Kristina were together. Following the death of Bobbi Kristina, he did manage to make some money doing the talk show circuit.

The attorney, Terrett, also told The Daily Mail that now that the wrongful death lawsuit has been settled, he and the family are hoping that criminal charges will be filed. He said, “We are also hopeful that District Attorney, Paul Howard, will see this as an opportunity to complete his investigation and bring criminal charges against Nick Gordon.”

This story is just tragedy all around. Nick Gordon has been acting super shady about the death of Bobbi Kristina. It has been suggested that he did want not want to show up to the civil trial because he would have to testify under oath and he did not want to give the state any addition evidence against him in the death of Bobbi Kristina. We highly doubt that the Brown estate will ever see a dime of that money.

Coming off the revelation that Kate had hired a private investigator to find dirt on her husband because she was “concerned” about the relationship between Jon and one of their daughters, now Jon is claiming that his ex-wife won’t tell him where his son Collin is. In and interview with Entertainment Tonight, Jon makes the shocking allegation that Kate won’t answer any of his texts or calls regarding the whereabouts of his son.

During the interview, host Jennifer Peros mentions that the 12-year-old will not be featured on this season of the reality series Kate Plus 8 and has not been seen at any of the promotional events/interviews for the show.  Jon responded with, “No one knows where he is, I have an idea where he is but I don’t really know where he is.” He goes on to explain, “Kate says that Collin is in a special school for special needs kids with behavioral problems.”

When questioned further about whether or not he has reached out to Kate about their son, he claims that Kate will only respond if the texts relate to custody. When he texted her about the whereabouts of Collin, she refused to reply. He believes that the reason why Kate won’t communicate with him is over an issue with money. He thinks that Kate is afraid that if he has joint custody over the children, he will deny them the right appear on Kate’s latest reality show Kate Plus 8 and she will lose the show hence lose the money.

It was revealed by Kate in August that she sent her son to treatment to help her son “learn the skills he needs to be the best him he can be.” She spoke with People about her son and his special needs. She enrolled him into a special school away from home to help him learn certain strategies to help him deal with things. ” We miss him so much, so it’s been hard because there is a huge hole in our family without him here,’ she told People.

Kate currently has custody of sextuplets Collin, Aaden, Alexis, Hannah, Leah and Joel along with 16-year-old twins Mady and Cara.
