The List of Danny Masterson’s Accusers Grows Longer, 5th Woman Comes Forward

5Th accuser steps forward with sexual assault allegationsDanny Masterson now has a 5th accuser that has come forward with more allegations against the That 70’s Show actor. The latest accuser is an ex-girlfriend of Masterson who alleges that he sexually assaulted her numerous times.

On Wednesday, actress Bobette Riales, tweeted out, “I stayed quiet long enough. Danny Masterson repeatedly raped me. All I seek is justice and to prevent this from ever happening to anyone else as it has for some time. My truth will be heard. I applaud her strength as well.”

Riales tagged another one of Masterson’s accusers in it along with the hashtags #metoo and #sisters. Chrissie Carnell-Bixler was the fourth accuser to come forward stating that Masterson had raped her. Bixler responded on Twitter saying, “Hey, my Twitter buddies, I just wanted to introduce and ask you to follow and show support to this incredibly brave and strong woman who I’ve recently come to know and is now forevermore my sister for life. Bobette Riales I’m in awe of you and strength,” Bixler wrote in response.”

Bixler also stated that the Church of Scientology helped to cover up her claim. She went to the church to tell them what happened and they ignored her. The LAPD has been investigating Masterson since the accusers started to come forward.

Masterson has hired Hollywood litigator Marty Singer and power lawyer Thomas Mesereau to serve as his criminal defense attorney. He released a statement saying, “From day one, I have denied the outrageous allegations against me. Law enforcement investigated these claims more than 15 years ago and determined them to be without merit,” Masterson said in a statement. “I have never been charged with a crime, let alone convicted of one. In this country, you are presumed innocent until proven guilty. However, in the current climate, it seems as if you are presumed guilty the moment you are accused.”

Sarah Palin’s Son Arrested Again for Domestic Violence

track-palin-arrested Track Palin is at it again. He was arrested over the weekend for charges of domestic violence, this would be his second arrest in two years for those keeping count at home.

Details are still a little sparse but he was reportedly arrested on Saturday in Wasilla, Alaska. He was arraigned on 3 separate charges of felony burglary, misdemeanor reckless assault, and misdemeanor criminal mischief. The criminal mischief charge was for causing about $500 in property damage.

The oldest son of former Alaska Governor is no stranger to the law. This is his second arrest and both times involved incidents of domestic violence.

The family attorney, John Tiemessen, said that Sarah and Todd Palin did not want to make a comment on the arrest but he did say that, “They ask that the family’s privacy is respected during this challenging situation just as others dealing with a struggling family member would also request.” Tiemessen said in a statement.

As reported in 2016, Track Palin was arrested for drunkenly assaulting a woman while carrying a firearm. He was charged with three misdemeanors: assault, interfering with reporting of a domestic violence crime, and a weapons charge. A 911 call was placed to police the night of the incident by both himself and his girlfriend after an argument that they had after a night out that turned violent. The girlfriend said that Track has punched her in the face and kicked her in the knee. He plead guilty to being intoxicated while possessing a firearm.

This appears to be a pattern with this individual. Details are still forth coming about this latest incident. In the past, his mother Sarah Palin alluded to the fact that Track suffers from PTSD. At the time of his first arrest she blamed the year-long military deployment in Iraq, “My son, like so many others, they come back a bit different, they come back hardened, they come back wondering if there is that respect for what it is that their fellow soldiers and airmen every other member of the military so sacrificially have given to this country.”

Matt Lauer fired from The Today Show over Sexual harassment allegationsIt seems like every day there is some depressing news about another high-powered celeb and a sexual harassment scandal. This time, it’s Matt Lauer’s name in the news and he has been fired from his position as host from The Today Show. The news was released this morning that NBC has decided to let the long time host go. The news came a shock to fans of the show and the details of his firing are scandalous. Over the course of today, the details have started to emerge. Variety conducted a two month long investigation into the sexual harassment allegations.

Three women have come forward to talk with Variety about their accusations and several of their friends, family members and coworkers have backed up their stories. The women wished to remain unnamed in fear of potential professional repercussions. Lauer, boasting a $25 million a year annual salary, was let go due to a very detailed and very graphic complaint from a current NBC employee about inappropriate sexual conduct from Lauer that started on a trip at the Sochi Olympics in 2014 and then continued on for several months.

NBC said in a statement that this the first complaint about his behavior in over 20 years and acknowledged that it may not be the last. NBC News Chairman Andy Lack said, “We were also presented with reason to believe that this may not have been an isolated incident.”

This statement has been contradicted by the women interviewed by Variety. The woman claimed that they complained to the network but that the complaints fell on deaf ears. The claim it was to keep Lauer happy thanks to the advertising money that he brought to the network.

The accusations against him are pretty salacious. According to the article, Lauer gave a colleague a sex toy as a present. It included an explicit note about how he wanted to use it on her, which humiliated and embarrassed the woman. Another accusation is that he would ask different female employees to come to his office and then show him his penis. He would also ask female employees detailed questions about their sexual partners. He would make lewd comments to women or would text them sexually explicit messages.

It was reported that Lauer had a pattern of becoming intensely interested in a young, female producer and then show interest in her career. He would typically engage in this pattern usually at the Olympics. He would invite a female colleague over to his hotel room late at night while covering the Olympics in various countries over the years.

He behavior was no secret over the years. Some of the people interviewed for the article said that the management was well aware of his behavior but kept it under wraps. Rumors have circulated that even his wife was aware of his lewd behavior.

The article states that the employees were town on what to do about it. They all felt like if they complained about Lauer, they would that would face the wrath of Lauer and potential unemployment. Lauer would also pass on stories about cheating husbands or infidelities and it was reported that the situation around the studio became tense around the time of the Roger Ailes and Harvey Weinstein scandals because he had to keep up the conversation about sexual harassment even though he had a reputation for sexually harassing women.

The co-anchors of the show have been making their own statements about the situation and everyone of them appear to be shocked by the allegations. Savannah Gunthrie looked shaken as she announced the news this morning. Multiple celebrities have also tweeted out condemning Lauer and his actions. So far, he has not made his own statement regarding the firing and allegations.

Weiner will serve a 21- month sentence for sexting a 15- year old girl. There is a potential for early release for good behavior. He would get 15% of the 21 months if he complies by all rules while serving his time.

The New York rep. resigned his U.S.House seat in 2011 admit a sexting controversy and while that was being investigated, it was found that one of the multiple women he was sexting with during that time was a 15 year-old girl.

He was sentenced last September for transferring obscene material to a minor. Th judge said that the crime was a result of a “very strong compulsion”. During his trial, Weiner stated that he was undergoing therapy because he acknowledged that he was a very sick man. At sentencing in Manhattan federal court, his attorney Arlo Devlin-Brown said his client likely exchanged thousands of messages with and estimated hundreds of women over the years. He was communicating with up to 19 women when he begun communication with the teenager.

It was reported that he spent yesterday with his son to be ex-wife, Huma Abedin, and 5 year-old son. She filed for divorce after his guilty plea for sexting the underage girl. During their first divorce hearing, Abedin’s lawyer asked the judge to keep the divorce proceedings private for the sake of their son. The judge did not rule from the bench on that request at the time but said that, “I appreciate the parties’ request to keep this as quiet as possible, but as a practical matter, it does not appear to me that despite your attempt to have this be anonymous, it’s particularly anonymous.”

Terry Richardson, a popular photographer, has always been known for his sexually explicit work and behavior towards his subjects. It was the worst kept secret in the industry. But in the wake of the Weinstein allegations, it appears that companies are at least taking the step in the right direction by getting rid of the men who have been sexually harassing women for years. Conde Nast send an in-house email to various editors saying that Richardson was banned from shooting any further editorials.

Terry Richardson has been photographing celebs and models since 1993 and has always been known as a pervert using his profession and his influence to coerce models or just flat out force them into sex. He has been dodging accusations of sexual assault and harassment for years now. Numerous models have come forward accusing him of horrible behavior on set but these accusations have been falling on deaf ears until now. There have been numerous celebs who have worked with Richardson in the past that continued to support him and magazines kept using him to shoot for their editorials.

The Independent reported on a very graphic incident that involved a young writer and stylist who was only 23 years old when she was sexually harassed and exploited by the photographer. The woman, only identified by the name Anna, was asked to a impromptu photo shoot at Richardson’s house. The shoot started out normal enough but then Richardson asked the woman to take her top off. Anna understanding that this is not an uncommon request in the industry, complied but that is when the photo shoot took a turn for the worse. He asked model to pose, crouching on the ground when suddenly “Then, suddenly, I felt a d**k pressing into the side of my face. Terry Richardson’s semi-hard penis was plunged into the outside of my cheek, and he was jabbing it into my face. He pressed it to my lips. He clearly wanted a blow job and wanted it documented on camera.”

Even though most people believe that Conde Nast did this to score some PR points, (the timing is a little suspicious) it is still nice to see a sexual predator getting called out for his disgusting behavior. Let’s hope that more companies decide to make an example of any sexual predators that they employ.
