Teen Mom OG Star, Amber Portwood, Sued by Former Landlord

in Scandals by

Amber Portwood twitterAnother day, another Teen Mom scandal. This time Amber Portwood is at the center of the latest Teen Mom drama. She always seem to be at the center at some kind of drama. This time, it’s her former landlord who has beef with the reality tv star. The Daily Mail reported that they had obtained legal documents that state that an Indiana debt collector, Zuluscape, is suing the reality star on behalf of the Teen Mom’s former landlord. The company filed that suit earlier this month.

The ex-landlord is demanding more than $6,000 in damages and unpaid rent from Amber Portwood after her pets left a ‘nasty’ odor in a rental home and destroyed the home. The suit alleges that the landlord had to paint the walls of the entire home and put in new carpets because of the  nasty pet stench left behind. Court documents also show that Portwood left the house a disaster and vacated the house without paying the rest of the rent due on the lease.

Amber signed the lease on the Indianapolis property in July 2015 and it expired the following June. She and her fiancé, Matt Baier, reportedly lived together in the home with her six-year-old daughter, Leah, Baier’s two rescue dogs and two kittens. Amber initially agreed to pay $1,200 a month in rent, $1,150 as a security deposit and a $200 pet fee. In July, Zuluscape wrote to Portwood claiming the damage totaled more than $7,000. They claim that the $7,000 was to install new ‘deodorized’ carpets, the removal of all the things she left behind, dry wall damage repair, new door knobs, cleaning fees and new coats of ‘deodorized’ paint to mask the smell of her pets and that she owes $1,648.24 in unpaid rent.

Amber has since responded with allegations with her own. And of course, Amber used Twitter to air her thoughts about this lawsuit. She tweeted, “So I wake up to some scam artist company trying to sue me for a cleaning deposit over a year ago. On a house we had professionally cleaned??”. The scam artist that she is referring to is the company Zuluscape. She then followed up with another tweet that said, “Lord people never go on TV! Because people will try to take you for everything you have. Here comes the lawyers. So sad honestly…Ugh”.

For anyone that has seen the show, they know that Amber lets her dogs use the carpet as a litter box. She also loves animals and has adopted many rescue animals, which is amazing, but it comes as no surprise that the landlord decided to sue. Every time they show a scene with Amber and her dogs, the house is always is disarray. Well we can’t wait to see if the landlord ever gets their money.

Johnny Depp Suing Former Business Mangers for $25 Million

in Scandals by

johnny-depp-drunkJohnny Depp just keeps on getting messier and messier with his life decisions. A month ago, a judge decided put an end to the divorce battle between Johnny and his ex-wife Amber Heard when Johnny demanded that Amber give him $100,000 for his legal fees. That seemed really odd because Johnny is a multi-millionaire. However, with this most recent revelation it makes sense as to why Johnny is pretty much trying to get as much as he can out of his ex-wife, even though he actually owes her money. He is currently suing his ex-busines managers for $25 million and blames them for the mismanagement of his money.

Soon after Johnny became single, he filed a $25 million lawsuit against The Mandel Co., The Management Group, Joel L. Mandel, Robert Mandel, First American Title Insurance Co., and 15 other unnamed defendants. Johnny accuses his former business managers of “gross misconduct” that resulted in him losing “tens of millions of dollars” and he is asking for $25 million in damages. The lawsuit accuses the ex- business managers of taking $28 million in contingency fees, failing to file or pay Johnny’s federal taxes on time, and  “loaning” almost $10 million to third parties without Johnny’s consent.  Johnny claims that his financial situation is so dire due to this mismanagement that he has to sell off some of his assets.

His ex-managers have come out with their side of the story and it places the blame strictly on Johnny’s reckless spending that he alone is responsible for his current disaster of a financial situation. An attorney for the Mandel’s said that the management company worked hard for Johnny for 17 years and they believe that Johnny is using this lawsuit as a way to buy himself some time to delay the sale of his assets. The reason why Johnny is trying to get money out of them is because he allegedly borrowed $5 million from his business managers in 2012. They gave him until 2014 to repay it but by 2016, only about $800,000 had been repaid. The last October they started foreclosure proceedings on some of Johnny’s properties to get the remaining $4.2 million he owes them. They believe this is just a game Johnny is playing to try and get out of paying back the rest of the money he owes.  The reason why they believe this is because the lawsuit was filed the night before some of the properties were supposed to foreclose.

Johnny is one of the highest paid actors in Hollywood. Disney keeps throwing millions of dollars at him for the Pirates of the Caribbean movies, so it is a little confusing at to why, even with owing his ex-wife money and the money that he owes his ex-business partners, that he would be so broke? It just seems so odd to us that one of Hollywood’s most overpaid actor seems to be in such dire straights. We will be following this closely to see how it turns out for Johnny.

Ex-American Idol, Corey Clark, Describes Affair with Paula Abdul in Deposition

in Scandals by

Corey Clark Deposition in lawsuitThis juicy lawsuit is what keeps us gossip bloggers in business. The details of the deposition of ex-America Idol contestant, Corey Clark, in his lawsuit against E! Television network are so salacious that even we are blushing over here. Buckle up because any impression you had of an innocent, wholesome Paula Abdul is about to get blow apart.

Former American Idol contestant Corey Clark was questioned under oath during a deposition about his alleged affair with Paula Abdul and Clark’s lawsuit stems from his claim that he was unfairly characterized in an E! True Hollywood Story episode about Abdul. In the deposition, Clark describes how the American Idol judge groomed her private parts and that they had ‘doggy-style’ sex but never anal sex during the alleged affair. The affair took place in 2003 during his season of American Idol.

During his season, he advanced to the top six finalists of the second season of the reality singing competition show in 2003.  He was disqualified after producers said he failed to disclose information about his criminal background. It caused quite the scandal during that particular season. The affair didn’t come to light until 2 years later. Clark was promoting his album and book proposal, which was never published, but was to be called They Told Me To Tell The Truth, So… (The Sex, Lies, and Paulatics of one of America’s Idols). He alleged during that prom or tour that he had a sexual relationship with Abdul.

The E! True Hollywood Story mentioned Clark’s allegations and featured the pop star’s denial of the affair. The episode also mentioned the fact that FOX had hired an independent law firm to investigate his claims and found no evidence to back up Clark’s story. According to court documents, “Clark now alleges that the updated Program treated him unfairly in that it left viewers with the impression that he was not telling the truth when he alleged he had a sexual relationship with Abdul.”

Clark claims in his lawsuit that the E! episode damaged his reputation, character and integrity in the entertainment community and has hindered his opportunity for future potential income because his character was called into question during that episode.

At one point in the deposition, Clark even compares the pop star to abolitionist Harriet Tubman, He said that Abdul was ‘helping people she wasn’t supposed to be helping’, according to court documents exclusively obtained by He gets very graphic about their sex life. He said that, “‘The closest I got was having doggy style sex with her, and that was briefly because she was like, okay, this is too much,’ he said when asked about anal sex.” He then goes on to says, “‘Nobody ever saw me penetrating her vagina with my penis, no, but there are at least two different people from her side of the fence that caught us in bed nude together.”

E! claims that it only included news that was already published by many outlets and claimed to show both sides of the story fairly. The network said in court documents, “E! THS took no one’s side. Nor did E! THS have the responsibility or capacity to do so. The documentary E! THS presented was a fair, accurate and balanced report of two sides of a controversy, as reported on by numerous news sources and as told by the people intimately involved.”

Let us just get our popcorn out and watch this one unfold. We expect more details to emerge and we can’t wait to see what gets said next.

Tyga Sued Again for Late Payments on a Ferrari

in Scandals by

tyga-sued-for-lack-of-payments-on-a-ferarriThis guy again? By our count he has probably paid only about one of his bills on time and keeps getting sued over non payments on multiple high-priced items. This time, Tyga is getting sued for failing to make his lease payments on a red Ferrari 488. Why do people even bother leasing or selling anything to this guy? They should know by now he doesn’t pay his bills.

He was served papers on his birthday a few weeks ago. Kylie’s money suck of a boyfriend showed up at  Penthouse nightclub in WeHo when a guy surprised him and served him with legal documents.  The process server was unceremoniously and forcibly removed from the premise once the papers were served.

The details of the lawsuit have now come to light and TMZ has reported that an individual named Alex Benedict says Tyga failed to pay the lease payments and the repo man went back to work on Nov. 8th. The Ferrari was repossessed twice during the time that Tyga was supposed to be making payments. The car was first repo’d on Aug. 31 for non-payment. Alex for some unknown reason let Tyga lease the car again after striking an unspecified deal. He was supposed to return it on Oct. 9th, but failed to do so. On Nov. 8th, Tyga got another visit from the repo man and the car was repossessed again. Benedict is suing to get at least $150k in damages from lack of payment.

For those of you who are not keeping up with the Tyga’s money/legal woes, here is a quick rundown:

-In November he paid off a $200,000 debt he owed to a jeweler after a judgment was ruled against him. He owed Jason of Beverly Hills for a watch and chain purchased in 2013 that surprise, surprise he didn’t make payments on.

-In February  a repo company was hired to reclaim a 2013 G-Wagon because he hadn’t made payments on the SUV since October.

– In April, he also reportedly owed $450,000 for a Lamborghini Aventador.

-He also owes $120,000 in tax liens.

I guess Kylie has so much money now it doesn’t matter that she is constantly having to pay for his money problems. But can’t she find someone that can at least be somewhat responsible when it comes to their money?

Nick Gordon to pay $36 Million to the Estate of Bobbi Kristina Brown

in Death by

Nick Gordon was found liable in the amount of $36,256,918 in the wrongful death lawsuit filed against him by Bobbi Kristina’s estate this past September.  That ruling came after he failed to appear for a mandatory court appearance in Atlanta, despite the fact that he had no legal counsel and chose to represent himself in the civil case. Like they always say, a man who represents himself has a fool for a client.

A day after the verdict was read, lawyers for the Brown family are made it clear that they intend to do everything in their power to get the full judgment out of Gordon. Craig Terrett, the attorney for Bobby Brown, tells that, “We intend to enforce the judgment against Gordon. Our first step will be to retain a collections attorney to pursue all available avenues.” He added that, “We understand that collecting the full judgment will be difficult but we want to make sure he never profits from her death. When he finally climbs out from under the rock that he is hiding under, we will be there to greet him.”

Nick Gordon has not been seen nor has be bothered to show up to any of the hearings regarding the civil case. He actually hasn’t been seen out in public since September. Getting the money is going to hard because Gordon is currently employed and pretty much has been since he and Bobbi Kristina were together. Following the death of Bobbi Kristina, he did manage to make some money doing the talk show circuit.

The attorney, Terrett, also told The Daily Mail that now that the wrongful death lawsuit has been settled, he and the family are hoping that criminal charges will be filed. He said, “We are also hopeful that District Attorney, Paul Howard, will see this as an opportunity to complete his investigation and bring criminal charges against Nick Gordon.”

This story is just tragedy all around. Nick Gordon has been acting super shady about the death of Bobbi Kristina. It has been suggested that he did want not want to show up to the civil trial because he would have to testify under oath and he did not want to give the state any addition evidence against him in the death of Bobbi Kristina. We highly doubt that the Brown estate will ever see a dime of that money.
