Exclusive Audio of Paula Abdul’s Assistant Discussing Paula’s Alleged Relationship with Corey Clark

in Divorce by

Corey Clark Exclusive audioLooks like the gossip about the alleged relationship between Paula Abdul and ex American Idol contest Corey Clark is starting to heat up again. Yesterday we received an email submitted by a reader that included an exclusive audio clip containing a conversation between Abdul’s assistant, Marta Pikash Wasniewska and Corey Clark. Some disclosure regarding the audio, neither party has confirmed that they are the ones speaking in the audio clip but the male voice sounds exactly like Corey Clark. Also, there is no date on the audio, so we are not entirely clear on when it was recorded. Nor do we know who recorded it. But so far, it seems like a legit conversation with Corey Clark.

In the audio, Wasniewska, who was in charge of Abdul’s scheduling while she was on American Idol, can be heard discussing with Clark what she witnessed during her time employed by Abdul. The 22 minute clip mostly contains the assistant clearing up some statements in a document that was written on behalf of Clark.

During the audio, Wasniewska, is discussing with Clark about making revisions to a statement made by Wasniewska, (we aren’t entirely clear about what type of document it is that they are referring to, the sender never told us but there is a reference later to Corey’s attorneys and Wasniewsk refers to the document as a “declaration”) that properly reflects her time employed by Abdul. She claims that she wasn’t a long time personal assistant but that she worked for Abdul during her time on American Idol and that she was in charge of scheduling everything from make-up to her personal appearances. She also goes on to ask Clark to change a statement that had been made saying that she walked in on both Clark and Abdul naked together in bed. She says that she wants the statement to be more classy and is worried about people asking her “how did you know they were naked?”. She wants to change the statement to say that she just saw them in bed together. She also wants to add that she did see Clark on numerous occasions coming and going from Abdul’s house and that she talked with him on numerous occasions while he was there.

The audio continues on with Clark reading through the material and her asking him to revise certain sections of the document. Wasniewsk can be heard getting frustrated with Clark because she feels like the statement that he wrote is “all mixed up” and that a lot of the information is not in the correct order.

Wasniewsk and Clark then discuss in more detail about the time she walked in on him and Abdul in bed together. She says that she came into Abdul’s house one morning and she went upstairs to get Abdul and she found both Clark and Abdul in the guest bedroom where she had him stay during the alleged relationship. Clark then says that Abdul would never let him him sleep in her bedroom with her. Wasniewsk says that when she went to enter the guest bedroom, she did not know that Abdul was in there.

Wasniewsk also wants to make sure that the statement reads that she knew that Clark and Abdul were having a “personal” relationship and not a “sexual” one. She calls it a personal relationship because she is assuming that since they were in bed together that obviously the relationship is personal. She just didn’t want the statement to say a sexual relationship because once again, she is worried that it is not classy to define the relationship as sexual.

Wasniewsk then goes on to clarify part of the statement that says she on more than one occasion had paid for Clark to take the metro and after reading that she then adds that she also has paid for his lunch numerous times. Then the two reminisce about a time that it took forever for Abdul to get her makeup done and she was crying about her “situation” and that neither Clark nor Wasniewsk had eaten all day. Clark needed to catch the train but because Abdul was so upset, Wasniewsk took Clark to eat lunch and then took him to the metro and bought him a ticket.

Wasniewsk says that she also wants Corey to remove from the statement why she quit working for Abdul. She says it is not relevant to the document but she goes on to state that she was done working for her 24 hours a day, 7 days a week because Abdul was crazy. Clark then adds his two cents about Abdul’s craziness by saying that she was, “unnaturally crazy” and that hers “seemed to be amplified by everything she was involved in.” He says that Abdul had this attitude that she wanted to be coddled by people yet feared at the same time. He then says that it was the most “asinine relationship or situation  that I had ever found myself in the middle of and I actually regret it quite a bit nowadays.” He says that when people assume that it was great because he was with Abdul, he corrects them and says that he wishes he could give it back because the relationship came with so much drama and backlash. He calls the relationship his worst nightmare.

The audio then takes a turn when Wasniewsk asks Clark why they threw him out (meaning when he was disqualified from American Idol) why did they do it? He responds that it was because they claimed he did not disclose a previous arrest in his past. He claims that he did tell them and now due to his latest lawsuit, he was able to recover documentation that proves he did disclose his arrest to American Idol producers and that the producers knew about his arrest 3 months before they disqualified him. He says the real reason why he got disqualified was because he brought in an attorney named Howard Seigel through Abdul to represent the top 10 contestants against their contracts and Fox was not happy about that.

Clark then says that American Idol has spent the last 14 years smearing and defaming his reputation and that they have been covering up their misdeeds since 2003. He says that every year, the show and the judges bring up why Clark was let go and they compare him to other contestants and they would constantly insinuate that he was a loser. He claims that this smear campaign started to cost him the ability to get a real job. He says that after the fallout from the show, he became homeless, picking up trash. He also says that Abdul had the chance to help him by speaking out for him but she just sat back and let him take the fall.

Wasniewsk then interrupts Clark should ask for an apology for slandering his name. Shehe shouldn’t make it about the money because it will look like he is just being greedy and it will do nothing to help fix his damaged reputation. He agrees saying that he will accept a public apology. She says that a public apology will make up for the smear campaign and that the media will slander him if he just goes for the money.

Clark then recounts his journey to find an attorney to help him with his case. He says that he even went to see Gloria Allred. She told him he had a great case but she was already representing an entity involved in his lawsuit so it was a conflict of interest. He says he went to all the big time attorneys trying to find someone and it was difficult because the attorneys either had some kind of stake in Fox or he needed $250,000 up front to get representation. He then went to some small time attorneys but they were too scared to take on such a big case. He says that he finally found an attorney and that they have a good case.

The conversation ends with Wasniewsk asking why Clark is the one rewriting the declaration and once again goes over some the items she wishes to change. Clark says that his attorney is a sole partitioner and he is trying to help how he can. She asks him to send her the declaration so she can change it herself.

We have written previously about Clark’s racy deposition last year regarding his relationship with Abdul for his lawsuit and if this audio clip is legit, then it appears that Abdul has some explaining to do. She never confirmed this alleged relationship and Fox claimed in the past that they investigated the matter and found no wrongdoing on Abdul’s part. Clark is currently suing  E! Television network currently both sides working hard to discredit the other.

We will continue to update this case as it unfolds!

If you are interested in listening to the 22 minute conversation, we have included it here.

Latest Lawsuit Claims that Johnny Depp is Fed Lines for his Movies Through an Earpiece

in Scandals by

Johnny-Depp-lawsuitThis ongoing lawsuit between Johnny Depp and his ex-management team is really starting to get heated. The latest accusation lobbed over the battle lines from Depp’s ex-managers is that the actor has a sound engineer on retainer that feeds him lines from his movies through his earpiece so he didn’t have to learn them. This latest claim is one of the many allegations that his ex-management team, TMG, have listed  in their very damning counter suit.

The attorneys for TMG, filed papers this last Monday with the Los Angeles Superior Court in California. Aside from the claim that he has a sound engineer on yearly retainer,  they also want Depp to be examined for a disorder called “compulsive spending disorder”. This disorder is defined as the urge to spend excessive amounts of money even to the point of adverse effects. The lawsuit claims, “Depp’s flagrant bragging about his senseless and extreme spending to the Wall Street Journal is further evidence of his psychological issues,’ the lawsuit continues, “It appears that Depp may suffer from a compulsive spending disorder, which will be proven in this action through a mental examination.”

The Wall Street Journal interview that the lawsuit is referring to was a telephone interview that was conducted with Johnny Depp this last April. In the interview he states that his financial issues are squarely to blame on his ex-managers. He claimed that fraud and negligence on the part of his ex-managers caused his to lose millions and millions of dollars. He also told the WSJ that “If I want to buy 15,000 cotton balls a day, it’s my thing.” and “Why didn’t they drop me as a client if I was so out of control?”

TMG says that by the time he fired them on March 2, 2016, Depp was spending upwards to $2 million a month on outrageous expenditures. This was far more than his income could maintain. The lawsuit lists numerous outrageous expenditures like spending $30,000 a month on wine, a chain of Caribbean islands, a horse farm in Kentucky, 14 residences in the South of France, an 150ft yacht, a full time staff of 40 people, round the clock personal security, gulf stream jet rental, and now a sound engineer. TMG’s counter suit also claims they lent him $5 million to repair one of his homes and avoid poor publicity, but that he still hasn’t paid them back.

TMG’s suit demands declaratory relief and breach of oral contract, breach of implied contract and breach of written contract and promissory fraud. They are countersuing for $25 million in damages. This lawsuit is not only looking for compensation but it is also appears to be doing a good job of further damaging his already imperfect reputation.

The Daily Mail Pays Settlement and Apologizes to Melania Trump

in People by

Daily Mail pays settlement to Melania TrumpThe Daily Mail is known for being an exploitive publication. They have a tendency to run with stories that sometimes are for shock value versus being rooted in truth. Daily Mail’s latest scandal ended up costing them a lot of money. Today, the Daily Mail settled two lawsuits with Melania Trump regarding an article that they published in August claiming that the modeling agency that Melania worked for in the 90’s was actually an escort service. The article titled “Racy photos, and troubling questions about his wife’s past that could derail Trump” was published online and in their physical paper last August at the height of the presidential race. Melania Trump was furious and filed a lawsuit seeking $150 million in damages.

According to NBC the article was run on the website and in the physical paper, and was later retracted without an apology less than two weeks after its publication date. Originally, she filed a $150 million lawsuit in Maryland but the court determined they did not have jurisdiction. She then later filed in New York this last February. Both Melania and her attorneys argued that the article had damaged her brand because according to her, she is “one of the most photographed women in the world”.

The lawsuit was successful because the Daily Mail has paid an undisclosed sum to Melania and issued an apology on their website. The publication apologize by saying “We accept that these allegations about Mrs Trump are not true and we retract and withdraw them,” it added. “We apologize to Mrs. Trump for any distress that our publication caused her.”

The Daily Mail hopefully will be more careful about what they post in the future. Regardless if you are a fan of Melania Trump and her husband, publishing an allegation like that with no evidence is  bad for business.

Amber Heard Suing Producers of Movie over Unauthorized Nude Scenes

in Scandals by

Amber Heard counter sues producers of London FieldsUnfortunately, Amber Heard can’t catch a break lately. This time, Amber Heard is suing the producers of the her movie London Fields. In 2013, Amber Heard worked on a movie with Billy Bob Thornton that is not very well known it was yet to be released. The film was supposed to premier at the 2015 Toronto Film festival but due to complication, it was taken out of the lineup. This is not the first time there has been a legal battle over this film.

The start of the messy legal battle started in 2016 when producer Christopher Hanley sued Amber Heard over breach of contract. There was a dispute over nude scenes in the film. The lawsuit stated that an “alleged breach of contract and tortious interference, acknowledging a dispute between them over nude scenes.” Hanley accused Heard of trying to undermine the potential success of the film. The lawsuit alleges that Heard disregarded contractual obligations by failing to render acting services in conformity with the shooting script and later by refuses to attend the Toronto premiere or engage in any other promotional services for the film.

Heard’s team has now counter-suing Christopher and Roberta Hanley, the screenwriter for filming nude scenes with her body double without her permission. She alleges that they filmed several secret nude scenes, including an “explicit pornographic sex scene“, with her body double without her knowledge. According to Heard, she never agreed to do the nude scenes and had specific restrictions regarding nude scenes when she signed on to do the film and would have never agreed to the scenes that were later filmed without her consent. Even though, they used a body double, the film was edited in a way that it is supposed to be Heard performing the sex scenes. These scenes did not make it to the final cut of the film but are included in the “producer’s cut” of the film.

We are rooting for Amber in this messy legal battle. It is such a violation to film nude scenes using the likeness of an actress without her consent. Heard wants an injunction placed against any distribution of the film and we are on board. In her past films, Heard has been adamant about not doing nude scenes so it is highly unlikely that she gave this film permission for explicit nude scenes.

Depp Fires Back at Ex-Management Team Over Lawsuit

in Scandals by

johnny-depp-drunkJohnny Depp is back in the news again over the never-ending saga of his ongoing lawsuit. He has now fired back with his own allegations over the lawsuit filed by his ex-management team. He is claiming that the allegations made in the lawsuit are bogus. He says it’s just a smear campaign designed to make him look bad. He is adamant that the claims about his outrageous spending are false and designed to discredit him in court. His latest filing states that TMG (His ex-management company) has a plan to attempt to smear Mr. Depp” because otherwise they had “no viable defense.”

His latest filing doesn’t just stop there, he goes on to state that the reason why TMG is trying to get money out of him is because they have been stealing money from him for years. He alleges that TMG devised an elaborate banking scheme designed to steal millions from Depp’s movie residuals.

The saga of the lawsuits has been a confusing, tangled web. Depp was the first one to file a suit against TMG in January. He wants $25-million for fraud, accusing the company of mishandling his fortune. The company fired back with their own lawsuit stating that the reason why Depp’s fortunes are dwindling is due to his own out of control spending. Their counter-suit alleges that since they started managing Depp in 1999, He lived “an ultra-extravagant lifestyle that often knowingly cost Depp in excess of $2 million per month to maintain, which he simply could not afford.”

This latest allegation by Depp about a smear campaign seems pretty unlikely. As we wrote about earlier in the year, Depp has many luxury properties throughout the world, 45 luxury vehicles, a huge collection of fine art and even paid $3 million to blast Hunter S. Thompson’s ashes out of a canon over Aspen. So it wouldn’t be much a stretch to believe that Depp is spending more than he can make and we doubt that TMG is making up Depp’s ownership of multiple cars, multiple homes and many luxury items. Depp was just photographed at Lady Gaga’s birthday looking worse for the wear. No word yet from TMG regarding the allegations that they are spreading lies about Depp to discredit him in court.
