Amber Heard Suing Producers of Movie over Unauthorized Nude Scenes

Amber Heard counter sues producers of London FieldsUnfortunately, Amber Heard can’t catch a break lately. This time, Amber Heard is suing the producers of the her movie London Fields. In 2013, Amber Heard worked on a movie with Billy Bob Thornton that is not very well known it was yet to be released. The film was supposed to premier at the 2015 Toronto Film festival but due to complication, it was taken out of the lineup. This is not the first time there has been a legal battle over this film.

The start of the messy legal battle started in 2016 when producer Christopher Hanley sued Amber Heard over breach of contract. There was a dispute over nude scenes in the film. The lawsuit stated that an “alleged breach of contract and tortious interference, acknowledging a dispute between them over nude scenes.” Hanley accused Heard of trying to undermine the potential success of the film. The lawsuit alleges that Heard disregarded contractual obligations by failing to render acting services in conformity with the shooting script and later by refuses to attend the Toronto premiere or engage in any other promotional services for the film.

Heard’s team has now counter-suing Christopher and Roberta Hanley, the screenwriter for filming nude scenes with her body double without her permission. She alleges that they filmed several secret nude scenes, including an “explicit pornographic sex scene“, with her body double without her knowledge. According to Heard, she never agreed to do the nude scenes and had specific restrictions regarding nude scenes when she signed on to do the film and would have never agreed to the scenes that were later filmed without her consent. Even though, they used a body double, the film was edited in a way that it is supposed to be Heard performing the sex scenes. These scenes did not make it to the final cut of the film but are included in the “producer’s cut” of the film.

We are rooting for Amber in this messy legal battle. It is such a violation to film nude scenes using the likeness of an actress without her consent. Heard wants an injunction placed against any distribution of the film and we are on board. In her past films, Heard has been adamant about not doing nude scenes so it is highly unlikely that she gave this film permission for explicit nude scenes.

Depp Fires Back at Ex-Management Team Over Lawsuit

johnny-depp-drunkJohnny Depp is back in the news again over the never-ending saga of his ongoing lawsuit. He has now fired back with his own allegations over the lawsuit filed by his ex-management team. He is claiming that the allegations made in the lawsuit are bogus. He says it’s just a smear campaign designed to make him look bad. He is adamant that the claims about his outrageous spending are false and designed to discredit him in court. His latest filing states that TMG (His ex-management company) has a plan to attempt to smear Mr. Depp” because otherwise they had “no viable defense.”

His latest filing doesn’t just stop there, he goes on to state that the reason why TMG is trying to get money out of him is because they have been stealing money from him for years. He alleges that TMG devised an elaborate banking scheme designed to steal millions from Depp’s movie residuals.

The saga of the lawsuits has been a confusing, tangled web. Depp was the first one to file a suit against TMG in January. He wants $25-million for fraud, accusing the company of mishandling his fortune. The company fired back with their own lawsuit stating that the reason why Depp’s fortunes are dwindling is due to his own out of control spending. Their counter-suit alleges that since they started managing Depp in 1999, He lived “an ultra-extravagant lifestyle that often knowingly cost Depp in excess of $2 million per month to maintain, which he simply could not afford.”

This latest allegation by Depp about a smear campaign seems pretty unlikely. As we wrote about earlier in the year, Depp has many luxury properties throughout the world, 45 luxury vehicles, a huge collection of fine art and even paid $3 million to blast Hunter S. Thompson’s ashes out of a canon over Aspen. So it wouldn’t be much a stretch to believe that Depp is spending more than he can make and we doubt that TMG is making up Depp’s ownership of multiple cars, multiple homes and many luxury items. Depp was just photographed at Lady Gaga’s birthday looking worse for the wear. No word yet from TMG regarding the allegations that they are spreading lies about Depp to discredit him in court.

Josh Duggar Being Sued for Stealing Photos for his Dating Profiles

Josh Duggar being sued The pariah of the Duggar family, Josh Duggar, is back in the news again and once again it’s not for anything good. In Touch Weekly is reporting that Josh Duggar is being sued by lawyers for the LA-based DJ and photographer who claims Josh stole his image to use on the popular cheating website, Ashley Madison. Duggar stole photos from a man named Matt McCarthy and used them to pick up on women on Ashley Madison. It was discovered during the infamous Ashley Madison hack in August of 2015 that Josh Duggar had a very active account with the website and had paid $249 for the “guaranteed affair” package. He created a fake account and used McCarthy’s photo’s in order to try and  meet women willing to have an affair with him.

McCarthy In his lawsuit claims that Josh’s use of his photo caused him loss of work, harassment from the public, and prolonged pain and embarrassment. He also claims that when the scandal became public people began referring to him as “DJ Duggar” and “Duggar’s boy toy.” But the lawsuit doesn’t stop there, it goes on to state that he has suffered from “prolonged pain and suffering, anxiety, depression, embarrassment, humiliation, loss of self-esteem and extreme and severe mental anguish and emotional distress including but no limed to: frequent panic attacks, disruption of sleep and insomnia, mood changes, fits of anger, a loss of interest in pursuing both professional and personal endeavors, and a complete loss of self-confidence.”

At first, McCarthy wasn’t too upset about the fact that his photos had been stolen until the full story about Josh’s indiscretions came to light. Not only was Josh caught in the Ashley Madison hack but he also molested his younger sisters and an another unknown girl. Once McCarthy realized that such a scumbag was using his pictures, he couldn’t handle being associated with such a terrible individual. He told Gawker in 2015, “Now that I’ve found out that this guy’s a child molester, and he’s been unfaithful and all those other things-it’s awful! Especially since he’s supposed to be this stand-up religious guy. I mean, I’m not all that religious, but I do-I am very close with my family. And am basically the exact opposite of him and now, this maniac is using my pictures online to try to get laid.”

This news comes at the same time that Josh and his wife Anna announced that they are expecting their fifth child. Why they decided to bring another child into that mess of a relationship is mind boggling. They just posted an announcement on their blog a few weeks ago that said, “For nearly the last two years, we have quietly worked to save our marriage, focus on our children, and rebuild our lives together as a family. Doing so is never easy after a breach of trust. We’ve learned that a life of faith and rebuilding a life together is simply done one day at a time,” the couple wrote in their joint statement. “As we continue our journey as a family and rebuild our lives, we are delighted to share with you that we are expecting a new baby boy later this year. Beauty comes from ashes and we cannot wait to see and kiss the face of this sweet new boy!”

We really hope that McCarthy gets some kind of compensation for Josh using his photos. It is still mystifying that Anna stayed with this guy. We doubt that this will be that last time that Josh Duggar is in the news for being a degenerate.

Married At First Sight’s Sonia Granados and Nick Pendergrast file for divorceSad news in the divorce world, one of the Married at First couples from last season has called it quits. Sonia Granados and Nick Pendergrast are filing for divorce. The pair announced the news in a joint statement via Twitter on Wednesday, March 22. This couple had a rough time during during the first few weeks of their marriage experiment. Although, it appeared that they would be getting divorced at the end of the season, they decided to stay together and work it out.

The statement that the ex-couple posted on Twitter was a very sweet statement. The statement read, “We are sad to share that after almost a year of marriage we have decided to separate and file for divorce,” the statement read. “Thank you in advance for your love and support through this difficult time! We look forward to growing and continuing to learn about ourselves from what we still consider to be a meaningful experience with MAFS”. Granados prefaced the posted statement with her own statement. “Don’t be discouraged. This is still a love story”.

Granados and Pendergrast met on season 4 of the A&E series. They struggled a lot early on in their relationship. The first issue that arose is that Granados was scared of dogs and Pendergrast owned a dog. She struggled with the acceptance of his dog. The second issue that arose was when Pendergrast stated that he wasn’t physically attracted to Granados. After one particular explosive fight, Granados moved out, unable to deal with the tension anymore. Even after all those issues, at the end of the season, they decided to stay together much to the surprise of fans.

But it looks like that happy ending that we all hoped for was not meant to be. Although, no further details have emerged at the time, it does appear that the split was amicable. We wish these two the best even if that means they can’t be together.

She revealed details from that night about her fear of being raped and killed. The heist was France’s biggest jewelry theft involving a private citizen in more than two decades and the thieves stole around $10 million worth of jewels. There were 17 people arrested in connection to the armed robbery and ten have been charged so far. The episode was difficult to watch at times when Kim describes in detail what happened that night. The episode recounted details that had never been released before.

The episode shows Kim in the weeks following the robbery, explaining to her sisters Kourtney, 37, and Khloe Kardashian, 32, what transpired that night on October 3rd, 2016. Both sisters watched with sadness on their faces and Kim recounts when the thieves first broke in. She said that one man grabbed her and at that moment Kim feared that he was going to rape her, “He grabs my legs, and I wasn’t, you know, I had no clothes on under. He pulled me toward him at the front of the bed and I thought, “Okay, this is the moment they’re going to rape me.”

She continued saying that “I fully mentally prepped myself – and then he didn’t.  He duck taped my legs together and had the gun up to me. I knew that was the moment they’re just totally going to shoot me in the head.”

Kim was fearful that they were going to kill her and that her sister Kourtney was the one that would find her body. Kim said that “I’m not going to make it out of here. I know how these things go.” Kim said that her final prayer was that Kourtney would still be able to “have a normal life” after she sees Kim’s “dead body on the bed”. She cried when she recounted the moment that she worried about her sister experiencing the trauma of finding her sister dead.

Before they could put duct tape over Kim’s mouth, she begged the hotel concierge, who had been forced to bring the robbers up to the star’s room, to tell them she had babies and a family. Kim asked, “Are we going to die? They can’t understand me, but please tell them I have babies, I have a family, let me live!”‘

The group of robbers then asked for money after she gave them her $4 million ring. When she said that she didn’t have any money, the robbers “Dragged me out to the hallway on top of the stairs. That’s when I saw the gun clear as day. I was looking at the gun, looking at the stairs… either they’re going to shoot me in the back, or if I make it and they don’t, if the elevator doesn’t make it in time or the stairs are locked then I’m like f***ed. There’s no way out.”

The robbers, who were dressed as Parisian Police, then threw her into the bathroom and took off. Kim then hid behind a bush outside on the balcony as the actual police arrived. She said that she was still fearful because the robbers where also dressed as policeman.

The ring of thieves have since been tracked down and caught but unfortunately, Aomar Ait Khedache, a 60-year-old Frenchman who was thought to be the ringleader, told police the gang melted down and sold off most of the stolen jewelry. They did keep the engagement ring though because it was too hard to sell. Kim, in the aftermath of the robbery, quit social media for three months. The robbers have since admitted that they were able to track Kim’s and her family’s movements during the week through social media postings. Kim decided it was for the best for the safety of both herself and her family, if she took a break from social media. She has recently started tweeting again, thanking her fans for their support during this difficult time.
