Brilliant read! Dr. Robi Ludwig’s insight and writing really struck a chord with me. As a mom of three in my mid 40’s, I have often felt like my current pace and outlook on life was ‘stuck’. This is a fantastic reminder that midlife, and really any stage in life is a chance for reevaluating. We’re always evolving and this process does not stop, you can flourish anytime. I appreciate that she takes a holistic approach to looking at life: self-image, relationships, work, health/wellness, and spirituality. It reminds me that in the chaos of life, there is a need for balance and time for self-discovery. Honestly, I think this is a book for any aged woman to read. If you’re on the fence about reading this, I highly recommend it, you won’t be disappointed!

For all of us wondering whether or not Kylie Jenner was actually getting any type of education while filming Keeping Up With The Kardashians, she has put her naysayers to rest. Alas, the 17-year-old daughter and reality star has shown off her high school diploma on social media.

Laurel Springs High School awarded the young starlet with her diploma, made out to Kylie Kristen Jenner. The 17-year-old also wore a black graduation cap and gown for the occasion and showed off a pouty plump lip for the picture as well.

She shared on Instagram of her graduation party: “I love my mom for doing this. Thank you for making this experience as normal as possible for me. Yay, I graduated :)”

In case you’ve missed it, Kylie Jenner has been homeschooled since leaving Sierra Canyon High School in 2012. For the occasion, she was gifted a Cartier nail bracelet along with a Rolex and synchronized swimmers for her graduation party.

And she calls that “normal”?

When you read the headlines about Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner’s divorce, you may have thought his ex-girlfriend Jennifer Lopez had something to do with it. According to reports, that is absolutely not the case.

Since the news went public, some have speculated that Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner left one another over his ties to Lopez, but that couldn’t be further from the truth.

Us Weekly reports:

“Jennifer Lopez had nothing to do with it,” one insider tells Us of Garner and Affleck’s breakup, which they announced on Tuesday, June 30, one day after their 10th wedding anniversary. Adds another source of the rumor: “Beyond not true, and s–ty.”

Did you believe the rumors that Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez were getting back together? Some have attributed Affleck and Garner’s split to his issues with gambling. Others have said that his friendship with Lopez had something to do with it. The source said, “Everyone is talking about J-Lo and Ben and saying it’s inevitable they will get together again at some point. We call them the Richard Burton and Liz Taylor of Hollywood. They were pretty flirty at the Oscars and have stayed in touch over email. Jennifer Garner never liked it.”

With regard to Affleck and Garner’s divorce, one source revealed, “This has been on the cards for some time, it’s a miracle Jen hung on so long. She has really tried but recently Ben has been back to his old self. He was drinking again while filming ‘Gone Girl’ and has been gambling loads too.”

The source added, “Jen’s fed up with him flying off to Vegas for gambling sessions and going on other solo trips, leaving her holding the family together. Their household is pretty much alcohol free so he would disappear when he wanted to indulge.”

Caitlyn Jenner has united the entire Jenner family, according to her son Brody Jenner.

Brody has admitted that it wasn’t all that easy to see his father Bruce transition from a man to Caitlyn Jenner, but said that her journey has definitely brought their family closer together.

He said in a new interview, “It’s been incredible. I’m not going to sit here and say it’s been the easiest thing in the world but it helped me in a lot of ways. It helped the family in a lot of ways just to be incredibly open.”

In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, Jenner said, “You look at somebody and you don’t really know what they’re going through. And that’s anybody, not just my father, but a lot of other people out there in this world. The one thing that you want for them is for them to be themselves and for them to be comfortable in their own skin.”

He went on to say, “And finally, Caitlyn has been able to do that and it’s a beautiful thing to see and I think everybody should go through life – because it is very short – being the person that they truly are rand who they want to be.”

With regard to Caitlyn Jenner’s acceptance of the Arthur Ashe Courage Award at the ESPYS this year, Jenner said, “I would love to be there to support my father. It’d be a great thing. I’ll be there to support Caitlyn one hundred percent. It’s a huge deal. Absolutely. I’m always there to support Caitlyn. There’s a lot – a lot of moving parts. I’ll just say that. We do have a big family.”

Caitlyn Jenner has been busy rocking different looks while spending time in New York City, but we cannot wait to see her look for the ESPYS. According to reports, she was seeking out red ensembles for her award acceptance. Stay tuned!
