Tori Spelling Pregnant with her Fifth Child

tori-spelling-4-cbbThat is a whole of kids. Tori Spelling is pregnant again and this time it wasn’t planned. The former tv star confirmed that she is pregnant with her 5th child to People Magazine.

In an exclusive interview with People, Tori said, “It was a total surprise but we always wanted a big family. I’m really excited.” Both her and her husband, Dean McDermott, are looking forward to adding to their large family. The pair are already parents to Liam 9, Stella, 8, Hattie, 5 and Finn, 4. Dean also has an 18-year-old son, Jack, from his previous marriage.

Although the pair seem excited for the latest addition, it remains to be seen if they can actually afford to have another kid. RadarOnline reported that the 90210 actress was sued by American Express last January for over $40,000 in unpaid bills and she was also was slapped with a tax lien back in July. And on top of that, the actress hasn’t been in good health for a few months.

Even though, timing doesn’t appear to be that great for a 5th child, Tori insists that “This baby happened at the best time. Nothing is ever perfect, but I’m so madly in love with my husband and with our kids. The idea of adding to that is such a blessing.”

Jenelle Evans Latest Boyfriend in Jail

jenelle-evans-boyfriend-sentenced-prison-pp-1Just another arrest for another boyfriend in Jenelle Evan’s life. The latest boyfriend, David Eason, was found guilty of violating a domestic violence protective order. Back in March, RadarOnline  reported that David had violated a domestic violence restraining order that his ex had filed against him in October of 2015 after he had become violent towards her. He was in a grocery store when he saw his son and went to go hug him. His ex’s mom was with his son and told David’s ex that David approached his son. The ex got upset and contacted the police.He was then arrested for violating the no contact order.

David Eason has been sentenced to 60 days in prison after violating a domestic violence protective order. “Defendant was in the same location as his child, who was out with his grandmother and aunt when defendant approached and hugged [his child],” the warrant obtained from the New Hanover Clerk of Court’s Office read. The arrest warrant stated that the child’s grandmother and aunt became “frightened” when Eason “grabbed” his son after he was told to move away from him.

He was found guilty on his September 13th hearing. After the verdict, Jenelle tweeted, “The judge found him guilty saying, ‘An unwanted hug is a form of child abuse,’” she wrote in the now-deleted tweets. “Same judge that granted the no-contact order and that wrote up his custody papers when he had no way to even fight against his ex, the judge even knew this. She hates David.” Jenelle claims that the judge wasn’t even listening to David’s attorney and that the Judge had it out for David.

While David is currently appealing the ruling to the Supreme Court, he is also seeking to get custody of the child. She tweeted that, “The no contact order expires Oct 22nd then he will be filing for visitation for his son that his ex is refusing to let David see.”

Jenelle is currently pregnant with David’s child. This will be her third child with a different man.

Ryan and Blake also kept the gender and name of their first baby a secret for awhile. A year after giving birth, it was announced that they had a baby girl and named her James.

Update on Kardashian Robbery

840_kim_611275008We learned yesterday that Kim was robbed at gunpoint at her Parisian hotel Hotel de Pourtalès and the robbers made off with almost $20 million worth of her jewelry and belongings. More details of the robbery have been emerging over the last 24 hours and the story keeps getting more and more mysterious. Although the police don’t have any leads yet, they think it is an inside job.

TMZ reported that the police do not think it is a coincidence that Kim was without her bodyguard at the exact time of the robbery. They think the robbers were somehow tipped off to when Kim would be alone in her room. There was a small window of time that Kim was by herself and that is when the robbers broke in. She had friends over and her bodyguard was out guarding Kendall and Kylie at a local nightclub. Once Kim’s friends left the hotel, that is when the robbery went down.

The police and the Kardashian’s do not think that the bodyguard was in on the robbery. It has been suggested but both the police and Kim do no think he had anything to do with it. During the robbery, it was revealed that the robbers approached the concierge at the hotel with their guns drawn and told him to take them up to Kim’s suite. Once the robbers got what they wanted, they took the concierge back downstairs.

Right now, the list of people that could have tipped off the robbers is pretty extensive. The Paris police are in the process of checking phone records of people that were in the area at the time of robbery.

Jolie/Pitt Divorce Update

There have been a few updates regarding the status of the Jolie/Pitt divorce saga. We haven’t done the individual updates so we have grouped them all together. It’s getting less messy but a lot has happened in a short amount of time. Reports have been conflicting over a lot of the events that kicked the divorce off so like everyone else, we are confused over what has actually happened. Rumors have been flying around that Pitt had an affair with Marion Cotillard and even Jen Aniston got dragged into it. Here are the things that we can confirm.

Update #1: They have agreed on a temporary custody agreement over the next three weeks. According to TMZ, the temporary agreement includes the following:

-Angelina gets temporary physical custody of the 6 kids until Oct 20th.

-Brad gets visitation, with strings attached. The initial visit is with a therapist present and the therapist then has the power to either allow Brad subsequent unmonitored visits or insist on being present whenever he’s around the kids.

-Brad is subject to random drug/alcohol testing.

-Brad and Angelina will each submit to individual counseling and Brad, Angelina and the kids will undergo family counseling together.

Update #2: Jolie doesn’t want Pitt charged with child abuse. She has stated that she will not cooperate with law enforcement if they decide to move forward with charges. Originally, she was working with the authorities but then changed her mind. There has been multiple accounts of what happened on the plane that kicked off the divorce. Sources have said that Pitt hit their son Maddox in the face but then another source said that Pitt lunged at Maddox and Jolie got in the way protecting her son. Since the reports are conflicting and Maddox had no visible wounds, it is unlikely that Pitt will be prosecuted.

Update #3: Angelina Jolie has added a new member to her powerful legal team. She has added  Pierce O’Donnell and Bert Fields to her roster of legal masterminds. Pierce and Bert are the lawyers who helped  Donald Sterling’s ex-wife Shelly Sterling nail him to the wall. They’re joining a group that already includes the real-life Olivia Pope Judy Smith, Robert Offer, and Laura Wasser. This is the best team that she could possibly assemble to help her with this divorce.
