Nathan Griffith Formally Charged for Domestic Violence

Nathan Griffith arrested again for Domestic Violence Add another mugshot to the collection, Nathan Griffith from Teen Mom 2 has another one to add to his ever growing list. It’s a shock that him and Janelle didn’t work out because they have a lot in common when it comes to their constant legal battles.

This time, Nathan was arrested for choking his ex-girlfriend. He was transferred to the MyrtleBeach jail where he will stay until he faces a judge this week about his pending domestic violence charges against Jessica Henry. A warrant was issued for Nathan’s arrest last Monday after he allegedly choked her during a very heated argument. You can read the police report on Starcasm.com.

Nathan was later picked up by police after he was found in possession of alcohol while in a vehicle and then lied to officers about his identity. Myrtle Beach Online reported that, “Officers said they found two opened mini bottles of vodka and a large opened bottle of vodka inside. Griffith was then arrested in connection with open container of alcohol inside a vehicle. Police said they verified Griffith was deceiving them about who he was by giving a false name to elude arrest, and he was also charged with giving false information to police, the report states.”

According to online records, Nathan faces a 2nd degree domestic violence charge. This isn’t his first time with domestic violence charges so although this is a misdemeanor, he could be facing some real time.

Currently, he is battling for custody of his son, Kaiser, with his ex Jenelle. Jenelle has been determined to keep their son away from Nathan. She says she is worried because of his violent past. She isn’t wrong about that. Nathan seems to have a knack for getting arrested.

We doubt that he will actually face any real time. Some of these Teen Mom folks seem to get away with a lot of bad behavior.

Lamar Odom Headed Back to Rehab

Lamar Odom back in rehabLamar Odom’s story is one of the saddest stories we have heard. Since his overdose, he has struggled to get his life back on track. It turns out that he is headed back to rehab in San Diego.

The Kardashian Network E! reported that Lamar voluntarily checked himself into rehab. A source told them, “It was his own decision. He wanted to work on his mental and physical health for the next chapter of his life. He has not fallen off the wagon, but he understands the importance of maintaining his sobriety.”

This news comes a little over a year after his almost fatal overdose at a brothel in Nevada. Back in October 2015, Lamar became unconscious at a brothel in Crystal, Nev. An ambulance took him to a nearby hospital where doctors found an almost lethal dose of a mixture of drugs in his system. Doctors at the hospital only gave him four hours to live.

Lamar was unconscious and on a ventilator but  was still alive. It also was reported that the former Los Angeles Lakers player suffered from a “loss of oxygen but also possible stroke.” With such a grim diagnosis, it was amazing that he survived past the first night. Lamar surprised everyone by surviving and waking from the coma. He was then moved to a private rehab center where he was able to get better.

It was said after he exited rehab, he struggled some setbacks. There were rumors floating around that he was homeless and that he was spotted drinking in a bar. But a source close to the ex-basketball player says that Lamar is still focused on living a healthier lifestyle. The source also denied that Lamar was homeless and said, “He is doing well. He is determined to stay on the straight and narrow [path] and wants to be the best father he can possibly be and he is doing the work required to achieve that.”

We wish Lamar the best on his journey to sobriety and health.

Tarek and Christina separateThis drama is intense! We have seen many breakups over the last year filled with drama and vicious words but this one might be one of the worst that we have reported. Tarek and Christina El Moussa have released a statement saying that after 7 years of marriage they decided to separate. The Flip Or Flop stars announced their separation to People magazine on Monday.

This announcement comes six months after the police received a call of ‘a possibly suicidal male with a gun’. Back in May cops were called to the couple’s home after an altercation involving guns and a possible suicide attempt, according to TMZ. Witnesses say that they saw Tarek run out the back door of his home with a gun and tried to escape down a hiking trail. Witness reported that they saw Christina run out after him sobbing hysterically. The police finally caught up to Tarek and ordered him to drop the gun and he complied.

The statement that the couple released said, “Like many couples, we have had challenges in our marriage. We had an unfortunate misunderstanding about six months ago and the police were called to our house in an abundance of caution. There was no violence and no charges were filed,’ the pair released in a statement”

The couple were married in 2009 and have two children, daughter Taylor, six, and one-year-old Brayden. The did try marriage counseling to try and make things work for the sake of the children but ultimately decided that it just wasn’t going to work for them. They did say in the statement that, “During the process, we are committed to our kids and being the best parents we can be.”

Since the incident in May, the couple has continued to film episodes of their hit show, Flip or Flop, in spite of the turmoil in their relationship. HGTV announced that Flip or Flop ‘will continue production as scheduled,’ and they said that they will comply with any decision the couple makes for their show and the sake of their children.

L.A. County D.A.’s Office Rejects Azealia Banks Case

Azealia Banks and Russell CroweRussell Crowe is finally vindicated! The L.A. County D.A.’s Office will not be charging Crowe for bear hugging rapper, Azealia Banks, and removing her from his Beverly Hills Hotel suite. The reason why they are dropping the case is because the D.A. says the Crowe’s actions were completely justified.

According to the L.A. County D.A.’s Office several witnesses came forward to contradict Banks version of what happened that night in October. Banks was completely out of control and she repeatedly used a racial epithet and was verbally aggressive to people in Crowe’s room.

Witnesses reported that Azealia picked up a glass and threatened to use it to cut the throat of a guest. Azealia filed a police report after the incident claiming Russell choked her, called her the n-word and spit on her as he removed her from the suite. Witnesses said that Crowe never called Banks by any names and never choked her. He did forcibly remove her from the hotel suite and spit at her but it was only in response to her physically threatening another guest.

The D.A. said that Crowe was “justified to prevent the imminent violence threatened by Banks.” As for the spitting the D.A. says it was “incidental to preventing more serious threatened violence.” Witnesses said that the spit didn’t even get on her.

Banks is always feuding with someone and has been known to start fights with other celebrities. She is most famous for her Twitter battle with Iggy Azalea that goes all the way back to 2012. BET even published a slide show with all the people that she has feuded with over the last few years and the list is pretty long. She don’t discriminate when it comes to her feuds. She has started beef with everyone was Sarah Palin to A$AP Rocky. For one we are glad that Crowe is finally able to leave this incident behind.

More Fallout from the Teen Mom OG Reunion Special Fight

The drama just keeps coming with this crew. Although the reunion special was taped weeks ago, the fallout from the fight that rocked Teen Mom fans has yet to stop. There is still some drama happening and it’s safe to say that Farrah and Amber’s family will not be getting together for a picnic anytime soon. I am going to assume that they are going to be enemies for life. Twitter is going to be a a sh!t talking hellscape for these two ladies because Twitter is their weapon of choice and we can’t wait to see what they have to say about each other.

Michael Abraham spoke exclusively to Radar Online about what has happened to him since the reunion special finished filming a few weeks ago. Michael claims that he is still recovering from injuries he sustained when Matt Baier attacked him on the stage.  He said, ““I’m still under treatment and on worker’s comp,” he told Radar. “I’m a disabled vet, he destroyed my hearing aid. Matt didn’t know the can of worms he opened when he hit me.”

For readers that didn’t get a chance to see the fight, when Amber Portwood tried to slap Farrah after Farrah made the comment about Matt being a pedophile, Michael intervened. Matt then rushed on stage and pushed Michael to the ground. We watched the reunion special and Michael did get pushed to the ground pretty hard.

Michael said, “I was onstage to protect my daughter,” Michael defended. “Matt didn’t have to come on. No one hit Amber. Everyone was trying to stop Amber from hitting Farrah.”  We are not huge Farrah fans, but this statement by Michael is pretty accurate. What Farrah said was out of line, but Amber was definitely the aggressor in this situation.

US Weekly interviewed Farrah about the fight and she told the publication that MTV is working very hard to try and make Farrah feel safe. She told them that, “‘I didn’t have to attend the rest of the reunion or specials [because of what I consider Amber’s] criminal behavior.” She then added that, “MTV legal has said I no longer will ever have to work with or around Maci, Catelynn or Amber. They are not to be trusted, and the network knows how to keep them sequestered together and myself separate from now on.” She then went on to say that MTV is praying to god that Michael doesn’t sue them for this injuries and that MTV is covering the cost of all his medical bills and paying to replace his hearing aids.

MTV did not provide a comment on the situation.
