In more celebrity lawsuit news, convicted pedophile Jared Fogle’s ex-wife Kathleen McLaughlin is suing Subway. Her reasoning behind the lawsuit is that Subway made a decision in 2015 to market Jared as a family man, using her and their 2 children’s likenesses in an animated commercial even though they knew as early as 2004 that her husband was a pedophile.

In the new lawsuit obtained by TMZ that back in 2004, a senior executive at Subway received a complaint that Fogle had approached a young girl at a Vegas promotional event and solicited a sex act. The lawsuit claims that there were 2 more complaints that Subway received over the years and they continued to do nothing.

Kathleen claims she never authorized the use of their likenesses in the ad which aired 2,309 times and that it has caused her and her kids great emotional damage. She also claims that if Subway had reported Jared back in 2004, she would have never married him in 2010.

When TMZ reached out to Subway for a comment, the rep said that they “cannot provide comment.”
